Booking & Confirmation:
All bookings will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Final travel documents and confirmations will be issued after full payment is completed.
Payments:
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or approved online methods. All prices shared are subject to availability and may vary based on seasonal rates.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellation charges will apply based on the service provider’s policy (hotels, houseboats, taxis, etc.). Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after deduction of applicable charges.
Changes in Itinerary:
Changes to the itinerary after confirmation may result in additional charges. Lifeway Holidays does not take responsibility for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customer Responsibility:
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs, personal belongings, and complying with local laws and guidelines.
Limitation of Liability:
Lifeway Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We ensure coordination but are not liable for issues arising from third-party services.
